Bring your lunch and join us for one hour of professional development. This interactive session will help participants develop skill in coaching problem employees to improve performance.  We will focus on the techniques needed to deliver direct, constructive performance feedback, as well as how to deal with defensiveness when employees aren’t responsive to your feedback and coaching.  Finally, we will practice the “confrontation message” that is used when there is a serious, job-threatening breakdown in the employees’ behavior or performance.
