Finally\, we will practice the "confrontation message" that is used when there is a serious\, job-threatening breakdown in the employees' behavior or performance.\n\nThe session will be led by Bruce Fisher.  Bruce holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology and has spent roughly 40 years consulting to companies in the areas of leadership development.
