David K sings Roy's multi-octave range beautifully, plays guitar & piano, and his band rocks! Real strings, just like Roy’s records! Enjoy a heartfelt tour of musical memories, put to charming videos.

Enjoy hits from the 50s & 60s be bop and rockabilly to Roy’s dramatic ballads, hits recorded by others like Roy’s Blue Bayou Linda that Ronstadt recorded, Pretty Woman from the movie, In Dreams from the film Blue Velvet, all the way up to the Traveling Wilburys of the 80s. David K shares historic tidbits of Roy Orbison's tragic but also legendary career.

This show has been wowing audiences all over the Midwest, and as well in Arkansas, Texas and Florida! Minnesota based David K offers a great show utilizing his guitar, piano, excellent backing music and his eclectic voice.

David K has recorded with Joey Molland of Badfinger (Beatles Apple Records), and with Phil Solem of The Rembrandts (Friends TV show theme), has performed with Dr. Fink of Prince & The Revolution and Jeff Cook of Alabama. He has submitted original songs to Edgar Winter, Toni Braxton, Spencer David and Jon Anderson of YES. David also performs as Buddy Holly and is originally from Eden Prairie, MN but has lived in L.A., New York and Nashville pursuing his music endeavors.

You will hear great songs like Crying, In Dreams, Oh, Pretty Woman, You Got It, Only the Lonely, I Drove All Night, Running Scared, Blue Angel and many more!
