Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance products is beneficial but not required.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Property & Casualty license is required.

• Engage with clients in a friendly and helpful manner, answering questions about insurance policies.
• Assist with processing policy changes, payments, and claims inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
