Looking for a hands on controller to join the leadership team.  Role is idea for financial professional who can manage daily operations while helping to guide long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting and financial reporting
Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Lead cash flow management and financial planning
Ensure compliance and internal controls
Partner with leadership on strategic decisions

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field  (CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive experience  ( manufacturing a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with financial systems and process improvements
