Celebrate Fall in downtown Maquoketa for an afternoon of music, food, and fun. This is a free, family-friendly outdoor event.

• Want to be part of Maqtoberfest? We are looking for you:
  • Are you an artist, crafter, DIY-er, baker or gardener? You can sell your wares at Maqtoberfest.
  • Are you a local organization or nonprofit or other group? Would you like to offer educational information or an activity? We'd love to see you at Maqtoberfest!
  • Calling all: Singers, dancers, instrumentalists, bands, soloists, groups, poets, actors, improv performers, rappers, spoken word artists, etc. -- We'll be featuring local (Maquoketa, Jackson County, Eastern Iowa, Tri-State) performers on our Main Street Stage. Short sets welcome! Performance times from 11 am to at least 2 pm. Note that this is not a paid gig.
