Welcome to La Casa de Pancho, an authentic Mexican Restaurant located in downtown Maquoketa, Iowa.

Meet Pancho & Leticia ''Leti'' Arroyos. They are the co-owners/managers of La Casa de Pancho. Pancho & Leticia have a long history of managing both food and non-food businesses enterprises.

Leti was working with family in a Utah restaurant and decided that she wanted to have her own restaurant. A friend told her that there was an opportunity in Maquoketa, Iowa. Leti, Pancho and her nephew, Adrian, came to Maquoketa and liked what they saw.

''The people were very friendly and welcoming. We liked the way the town looked and the building was well located. Pancho helped to remodel & created the design of the interior.

La Casa de Pancho is translated to ''The House of Pancho''. Literal translation is ''Pancho's House''.

''We started with all new fixtures and kitchen. My main goal is to serve great tasting food in a timely manner for a reasonable price and give excellent customer service. We want our customers to enjoy their dining experience.''
