POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for management of the Trust Department, administration of key client relationships as well as new business development and client retention. Designs systems to administer and grow client accounts/relationships efficiently and accurately to grow revenue while achieving strong regulatory results. Facilitates communication within the entire Ohnward organization to establish a referral network of prospects for the trust department. Responsible for providing clients estate planning, trust solutions, retirement planning, and farm management.
