DESCRIPTION:Iowa Artists Launches its 50th Anniversary Traveling Exhibit "Reboot"\n\n\n January   February 2022\nArtist Reception - Saturday\, February 5th - 2:00 - 4:00 PM\n\n\n\nOld World Sparrows\, 16"x20" watercolor by Robert Richardson (Won the Doris Frandsen Award at the 2021 Iowa Artists Online State Show.\n\nIowa Artists is a nonprofit group of over 200 artists located in 12 regions throughout Iowa.  Members work in acrylic\, oil\, watercolor\, charcoal\, colored pencil\, pastel\, pen and ink\, pencil\, and scratchboard for 2D art and glass\, wood\, fiber\, ceramic\, and metal in 3D art. Iowa Artists holds regional shows in the early spring with the top 10% of winners moving on to the State Show in May. Iowa Artists also sponsors workshops in the 12 regions in the fall.\n\nThe juried exhibit will feature 23 pieces of 2D and 3D artwork including three paintings\, which took the top-three awards at Iowa Artists' 2021 State Online Show in May 2021.
